No action is required on your part.

• All ticket refunds will be processed automatically by Ticketshop, TicketPortal, or EventLook.
• Refunds are expected to be completed by the end of next week. Some of them will happen within the next days.
• Once your refund has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In most cases, the funds will appear on your account within 2 business days after processing, although depending on your bank, it may take up to 10 business days.
• You will receive a full refund, including the ticket service fee.

You also have the option to use your current CLOUT Czechia ticket to attend CLOUT Festival Warsaw, taking place on 10-11 July.

If you would like to take advantage of this option, reply to the notification email from TicketShop by the end of Wednesday. In that case, we will not process your refund and will transfer your ticket to the festival in Poland.
